“I do not want any color in this room”, were the first words expressed by the client when we were defining the scope of the room. Highly textured variations on grey, beige and greige imbue the room with elegant sophistication and a personal warmth all at the same time. This is achieved partially through lining the walls with dupioni silk and the bespoke rug reflecting the stepped borders on the upholstered window pelmets. Custom-made furniture and upholstery are essential to creating a room which is not only beautiful in terms of aesthetics, but also functional as a space for family to relax and unwind.
